I am an American import to Canada, living in beautiful Squamish, British Columbia. I am a wife, business owner and mommy to two insanely beautiful boys with our third due to join us any day!  After first becoming a mama in 2016 I wanted to create a space to share my journey and my passions; namely health, wellness and beauty, but also the joy and insanity of motherhood. Being a newlywed. Being a "Working Mom". Being an immigrant [I never thought that would be a word to define me!]. With all of these new definitions of who I was, I quickly learned I was on a journey to find the best version of myself. The journey is constant and ever-changing.
